(iii) knowingly violate any laws, including without limitation the Securities Act of 1993, any Securities Exchange Act or any rule of any securities/commodities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, AMEX, the CBOE, the CME or the CFTC;
(iv) upload, transmit or post any advertisements, solicitations, chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or schemes or other unsolicited commercial communication or engage in spamming, flooding or collecting or attempting to collect the names, identities or contact information of any other users;
(v) upload, transmit or post any name, telephone number, web address, email address of any other person, contact, entity, company, broker, chart/quote provider, website of any kind whatsoever including, and especially, any other person, service, company, entity or website which offers or provides services or information similar to that provided by the Company;
(vi) impersonate any other person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including providing false or misleading information to the Company to gain access to any chat room or training room; or
(vii) upload, transmit or post, including posting any link to any information, software or website, which contains a virus, Trojan horse, spyware, worm or other harmful component.

Governing Law
You acknowledge and agree that Alunos Wealth Club retains the right to monitor the services and information it and others provide on its platforms, including but not limited to the chat rooms and the training rooms and, subject to the limitations of the Company’s Privacy Policy, to disclose any information as necessary or appropriate to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate its services properly or to protect itself or its subscribers. Alunos Wealth Club , however, has no obligation to monitor its services and information and the Company will not intentionally disclose any private electronic mail message unless required by law. Alunos Wealth Club reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, inappropriate or in violation of this Disclaimer.

Submissions
All information submitted to Alunos Wealth Club , its websites, its chat or training rooms, over the telephone or via email shall be deemed, and shall remain, the property of Alunos Wealth Club and the Company shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in any information any user of its services provides Alunos Wealth Club. Violations
If you violate the Terms and Conditions or any other rule, policy or regulation of Alunos Wealth Club then your membership will be terminated immediately, without question. We may prohibit you from accessing the site for any reason at any time. You also must destroy any materials (electronics or otherwise) that are in your possession related to Alunos Wealth Club. Alunos Wealth Club is not responsible for any information that you submit. This information is at your own risk of loss and we assume no responsibility or liability for your actions.

You are not allowed to hold Alunos Wealth Club responsible or liable for your choices or actions. You acknowledge and agree that Alunos Wealth Club has no responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness or availability of the information provided. You acknowledge and agree that you bear sole responsibility for your own trading and investment research and trading and investment decisions and that Alunos Wealth Club shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken by you or others based upon reliance on information or materials obtained through the use of the Company’s information or services. You acknowledge and agree that Alunos Wealth Club is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damages or losses caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such content, goods, services.

Pricing and Purchases
The pricing of the products, goods, and services are advertised on the site, unless otherwise stated. A valid credit card will be required at the time of payment to complete a purchase and the amount of the purchase will be charged to the valid credit card to complete the purchase from the site. You hereby consent to, acknowledge, and allow Alunos Wealth Club Store to store (or cause a third party to store on behalf of Alunos Wealth Club) such payment information and agree to the following policies and procedures for payment of products, goods, and services and any applicable periodic fees pertaining to such products, goods, and services. You will be required to make the payment of the cost of the products, goods, and services in full at the time of purchase. At the end of the first term of any periodic products, goods, or services, the stored payment method will be billed automatically and the term will be automatically renewed. If the stored payment method is expired or invalid, then Alunos Wealth Club will terminate your products, goods and services with immediate effect. You are responsible for making sure that the stored payment method on file remains valid in order to automatically renew your term. Alunos Wealth Club reserves the right to not retroactively revive any accounts and honor any discounted rates in which a stored payment method was invalid and resulted in a failed automatic renewal.
Payment will be made in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by any taxing authority. You shall be responsible for any such taxes, levies, or duties arising from your purchase of any products, goods, or services from the site. All sales are final and all payments made to Alunos Wealth Club in connection with any products, goods, and services and any renewal is non-refundable.
Educational classes: Educational classes including one-on-ones and webinars will be paid before the class begins. There will be no refund for any reason or any kind after or during the class.
X.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your service or account any time before the day payment is due on your next billing cycle. Alunos Wealth Club is not obligated to provide any refunds or credits for any reason, including, without limitation, satisfaction or your failure to cancel your account or service prior to its automatic renewal.
You may cancel your service by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the invoice email which you received at the time of the signing up and the beginning of every billing cycle. Any cancellation request through any other means (e.g. leaving the Discord server or contacting Alunos Wealth Club to make a cancellation request) will not be accepted as a formal request for cancellation of your service or account.
Once your service or account is cancelled you will not be charged again moving forward. Please be aware that any promotional rate that you were previously subjected to that we currently no longer offer should you decide to repurchase our services at a later date will not be honored.
XI.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the services provided, as you will immediately benefit from access to the information and services provided on this site, there is a strict NO REFUND policy. We encourage you to please review everything carefully before purchasing any products, goods, or services on the site.
Anything purchased through Alunos Wealth Club is non-refundable, including scanners, guides, one-on-ones and webinars. All of these products will be sent in a streaming or digital version and cannot be returned.

Modifications to the Site and Pricing
At any time, without notice, Alunos Wealth Club may modify the site including modifications or removal of materials any other products or services, and variations to pricing, costs and fees. Alunos Wealth Club will not be held liable for any damages, costs, expenses or other liabilities in regard to the modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the site.
